Two laps of our specially designed circuit-of-the-day that applies the science of Peripheral Heart-Action training with the fun and community spirit that Paradise Fitness is renowned for.

Equipment used includes the highest standard commercial treadmills, rowers, bikes, Ski-Ergometers, Boxing bags and Focus Pads, Steps, bands, dumbbells, ropes and our own exclusive Jungle Wall with hundreds of exercise options for endless variety.

45 seconds per station with 25 second transitions will help ensure you are always working your Cardio-Vascular system and our high-tech MyZone system will take out all the guess work and guide you to the ideal Heart Rate Training Zone so you get maximum results and a safer workout, regardless of your current fitness level.

Results include and in order of focus; Cardio fitness and stamina, fat burning, Core conditioning, full body strength and flexibility.
